Grade 70 Clevis transport hooks are used for transport chain fittings and come in two styles: grab hooks and slip hooks.

Grab hooks attach to the end of a transport chain and have an open hook with no securement clamp. It is made of forged steel and heat-treated for exceptional strength and durability and is available in sizes ranging from ¼” to 5/8” with a maximum working load limit of 15,300 lbs.

Grade 70 Clevis slip hooks have a wider throat opening with a spring-loaded stainless-steel latch to hold the attachment in place. It Is made of forged steel, heat-treated, and available in yellow chromate. Available in sizes ranging from ¼” to 5/8” with a maximum working load limit of 11,500 lbs.
